Hello my friends…
I know it’s been a while since I’ve checked in with you so I’m honestly glad you’re still here with me! Thank you!!
As many of you already know… so much has happened in my life over the last four years… it’s been hard for me to keep up with it all. My most recent adventure has been moving to Tucson, AZ where I bought a tiny 525 sf casita but… with a studio! Woohoo! I am thankful for all the adventures I’ve had since Michael left me and went home to be with the the Lord… but I must admit… finally finding a sense of stability in this crazy life of mine has been a huge blessing! Thank You Lord!
I’m just now starting to feel settled. I love my casita. It’s delightfully charming and so me! I’ve shared some videos of the remodel and decorating on my social media, including YouTube, if you’re interested in seeing it.
The studio (above) is almost set up and ready to work in… yay! And… I’m excited that hopefully soon… I’ll have the garage set up so I’ll be able to ship once again! Excited because I’m working on my 2025 calendar and looking forward to mailing you one in November or December in time for Christmas!!
Another change… if you haven’t noticed… is the format of this newsletter! I’ve been paying a ridiculous amount of money for a newsletter service that I haven’t even been able to utilize… but I haven’t wanted to lose contact with you either… so kept hanging on. But…I have finally moved to this new platform. Hope you like it!! Hope I like it!!
So many changes, right? Now you can see why it’s hard for me to keep up with it all!! But I know without a doubt that God moved here for a reason and purpose and I’m looking forward to seeing it unfold! And looking forward to sharing this new chapter of my God adventure with you along the way!
Love you my friends and Lord bless you and keep you… in His love and for His glory!
Karla
Glad to see you again. I lost my 2nd husband of 17 years just 2 years ago. My first husband and I were married for 41 years. He went home to be with the Lord after a heart attack. I know how hard it is to get back into the swing of things. But God is faithful and will always be with you. Looking forward to new posts.
Glad your back. I lost my husband 3 years ago to Covid and I am only now just working in my new studio. My sister and best friend built it for me and for a long time I didn't work in it on any kind of regular basis, but I have lately started several art projects that I plan to complete. Love your new studio it will become your new happy place. Can't wait for your new calendar.
